As the Head of Product Cloud ERP you are responsible for the strategic direction and effective execution of a portfolio of products. Current portfolio of products includes: Unleashed (inventory management), ProspectSoft (CRM and marketing), Mintsoft (distribution and fulfilment) and Tradify (job management for tradespeople). You set direction ensuring vision, competitive intelligence, commercial goals and delivery feasibility are at the forefront of your thinking. Your portfolio today is measured on holding and increasing Annual Recuring Revenue (ARR) with an aim to drive a x4 ARR through growth in existing customer base, new logos and M&A activities within a 3-year timeframe. Product is key to this growth. This role is varied in content and individuals successful in this role will think and plan strategically as well as execute tactically. To succeed in this role, you must relish working with passion at pace.?? Day-to-day, you will:? • You will be accountable for defining and achieving your organisational key results (OKR's).• You will talk and collaborate with customers regularly defining and seeking feedback on roadmaps as well as listening and planning to resolve issues and enhancements to current products. • You will work with sales, support, marketing, customer success teams, engineering and technology as key stakeholders who input into your roadmap while articulating customer value propositions. • You will work very closely with engineering and technology leadership around delivery dates and estimates, while considering tech debt and technology initiatives to coordinate that work into your roadmaps e.g. performance and availability, quality, cloud cost, cyber / security.• You will be aware of industry, technology and competitive moves to help define your strategy.• You are responsible for entire the product lifecycle of your products including go-to-market strategies as well as sunsetting of products. • You are responsible for coaching, mentoring and developing your product management team through regular feedback on performance and behaviours as well as guiding them to achieve their personal growth aspirations.Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Solid demonstratable experience working in product and/or consultancy • Degree in Business, Computer Science, or equivalent combination of education and experience.• Strong people management experience• Track record of bringing complex global products to market with successful go-to-market plans.• Understanding of P&L's, budget setting and tracking, with ability to create sound business cases.What are we all about??
