We're looking for an experienced leader with a strong background in technical operations, quality management, and sustainability within manufacturing. Key requirements:

• Extensive experience in technical leadership, quality assurance, and innovation
• Strong knowledge of industry regulations and sustainability practices
• Expertise in manufacturing processes, ideally within printing, wallpaper, or fabric
• Exceptional stakeholder management and problem-solving skills
• A strategic mindset with a hands-on approach to driving operational excellence

This role is based in Loughborough but requires regular travel to the Lancaster site as part of your responsibilities.
