The sucessfulInternal Sales Executive / Internal Sales Support / Engineering Administratorwill be responsible for engineering administration such as managing and growing existing customer accounts, and providing prompt, accurate responses to customer inquiries.

TheInternal Sales Executive/ Internal Sales Support / Administratorwill ideally have administration/customer experience within an engineering enviroment or experience with compressed air or similar mechanical engineering products/services such as air filtration hydraulics, pneumatics, rotating equipment or similar. Full product training provided.

Internal Sales Executive/ Internal Sales Support / Engineering Administrator Role:
  • Develop customer accounts and respond to customer inquiries promptly and accurately.
  • Prepare and manage customer quotationsproviding timely follow-ups, and investigating reasons for lost sales opportunities.
  • Administer and deliver contracts, projects and orders through all stages of contract delivery including site installation and commissioning.
  • Review technical and commercial orders to delivery the contract, project or order effectively.
  • Initiate production of pumps and associated items, procurement of sub-supplied items, creating workshop instructions, and arranging deliveries to site in line with customer orders.
  • Input and update records/reports to enable contract, project or order tracking.
  • Creation and management of order-related commercial documents.
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships to secure current accounts and expand sales with existing clients.
  • Liaise with various engineering departments.
Internal Sales Executive/ Internal Sales Support / Engerneering AdministratorRequirements:
  • Experience as a Administrator, Interna Sales Support, Contracts Engineer, Proposal Engineer, Documentation Engineer, Technical Advisor, Customer Service Advisor or similar within the engineering industry.
  • Have administration/customer experience within an engineering enviroment or experience with compressed air or similar mechanical engineering products/services such as Air filtration, hydraulics, pneumatics, compressed air, rotating equipment or similar. Full product training provided.
  • Experience of contract, project, documentation, updating technical/engineering requirements or order management within an engineering environment is adventageous
  • An engineering technical qualification, apprentice trained, HNC, HND or degree would be highly desirable.
  • Ability to effectively prioritise and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment.
  • Commutable to office based in Loughborough.
