We're on the lookout for a Sales Administrator to join our well-established client based in Loughborough on a full time, permanent basis.

The Role:

As a Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for supporting the sales department, contributing to the operations and success of the business. This role involves a range of administrative tasks, customer liaison and coordination with the wider team to ensure a successful sales process.

The working hours are 37.5 hours per week; 08:00 - 16:30 Monday - Thursday and 08:30 - 14:00 Friday with a 30-minute lunch break.

The salary is between £25,000 - £26,000 depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills ensuring effective interaction with customers and internal teams via telephone and email.

Utilise CRM software to manage customer information, track and support sales activities.

Estimate costs and issue quotations to customers.

Delegated purchasing responsibilities.

Ensuring appropriate amounts of stock are maintained by a business.

Other administrative functions to support the business when required.

Skills and Experience:

Strong, effective communicator with good written skills.

Excellent team-working skills with initiative to work independently.

Proficiency in MS Office.

Understanding of Pegasus Opera software (not essential)

Attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills.
