About the Role:

RattrayParkin are seeking to appoint an experienced Senior FP&A Professional to support a private equity-backed company as it undertakes a transformative merger. You’ll play a crucial role in developing and integrating financial models, bridging the operations and financials of two separate entities into a unified, cohesive model.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build robust cashflow models for multiple entities, ensuring financial visibility and accuracy.
  • Bridge and consolidate financial models for two companies into one integrated financial structure.
  • Provide detailed scenario analysis and support strategic decision-making during the merger process.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to provide clarity on financial impacts and cashflow projections.
  • Support the CFO in preparing post-merger financial integration plans.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Proven experience in FP&A with a strong focus on cashflow modeling and financial consolidations.
  • Demonstrated ability to bridge and integrate financial models across multiple entities.
  • Experience in a merger and acquisition environment is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Immediately available to start on a 6-month fixed-term contract basis.
