Mac Recruit Group are delighted to represent our client, a worldwide leader in the renewable energy sector. A Warranty Manager is required to join one of their plants in Shepshed, Loughborough. This is initially a one-year contract with the possibility of extension.
Warranty Manager duties & responsibilities:
- Oversee the entire warranty phase, ensuring compliance with all warranty terms and conditions.
- Act as the primary point of contact for all warranty-related issues, communicating effectively with contractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.
- Monitor the performance of all systems and equipment during the warranty period, ensuring that any defects are identified and resolved promptly.
- Coordinate and schedule warranty inspections, repairs, and maintenance activities.
- Ensure all warranty claims are properly documented, submitted, and resolved within agreed timeframes.
- Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving issues related to equipment, systems, and processes.
- Maintain accurate records of all warranty activities, including defect reports, corrective actions, and communication with contractors and suppliers.
- Analyze warranty data to identify trends and areas for improvement in equipment, systems, and processes.
Warranty Manager requirements:
- Degree in engineering, project management or related field
- 5 years experience in a similar role
Warranty Manager salary & benefits:
- £58,500 - £65,000
- 5% Bonus
- Bupa Private Med including partner and children up to 25 years as long as they still live at home
- Up to 10% Contributory Pension
- 4x salary DIS
