Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging lessons across various subjects, following pre-set lesson plans.
- Adapt quickly to different school environments and classroom settings.
- Maintain excellent classroom behaviour management to ensure a positive learning atmosphere.
- Provide constructive feedback and support to students as required.
- Represent GSL Education professionally in all school placements.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent teaching qualification.
- Experience teaching in UK secondary schools with strong classroom management skills.
- The ability to adapt confidently to different schools and subject areas.
- A passion for education and helping students reach their full potential.
- An enhanced DBS on the Update Service or the willingness to apply for one.
