- I am recruiting for 2 Teaching Assistants (1 general TA and 1 SEN TA) for a mainstream school in Loughborough.
- Candidates should have relevant qualifications and experience, particularly with SEN students, and a genuine interest in supporting children with special educational needs.
- The role involves supporting pupils in the classroom, small groups, and 1:1, using positive reinforcement techniques and following specialized support plans.

- Candidates should have at least some relevant experience in educational settings, and placements are subject to child protection screening.
As a SEN Learning Assistant you will:
-Support the pupils within the classroom, small groups and 1:1.
-Be confident to use positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour based instruction
-Follow the children's specialised support plans to help them achieve their full potential
-Support the teacher within the classroom which may include marking and delivering lessons.
The ideal candidate that I am looking for will have:
-Relevant qualifications and/or experience
-Relative experience plus experience with SEN students
-A genuine interest in helping support children with SEN
