LTF Recruitment are delighted to offer the exciting opportunity to work in a brand SEMH school as a Teaching Assistant in Loughborough, Leicestershire, opening in September. The school are looking for a supportive, caring person to work across a number of year groups to help assist students with SEMH needs, allowing them to reach their goals with the additional support. The successful candidate will support the needs of young people who find it difficult to manage in mainstream school where their emotional and developmental needs cannot be met.

The Ideal Candidate:

• Recent graduate.
• Comfortable working with children who exhibit challenging behaviour.
• Has an outgoing, nurturing personality.
• Looking to start a career in education.
• Willingness to support SEMH learners (no experience required).
• A reliable, friendly face to the children and staff.
