- Collaborate with the general manager, various departments, and leadership teams; manage HR staff as necessary.
- Function as a business advisor, handling workforce planning, leadership development, and fostering organisational culture.
- Enhance and streamline HR operations, including benefits, hiring, workplace safety, and payroll management.
- Drive employee engagement by facilitating communication, team development, and creating an inclusive and supportive work atmosphere.
- Guide and support organisational transformation efforts, ensuring employees understand and embrace necessary changes while tracking progress.
- 10 + years of experience in Human Resource Management within a similar industry
- Knowledge of HR laws for ensuring compliance with local and national regulations; understanding of organisational behaviour is beneficial.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills, with a focus on customer service and building positive relationships.
- Ability to motivate employees, recognize achievements, and handle sensitive issues with discretion and diplomacy.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for meetings or training, and adapt to changing project needs
