A well established manufacturing company based in Loughborough are currently looking for an experienced CIPD HR Manager on a part time permanent basis.

They are flexible on either 3 full days of spread the hours over 5 days to suit school pick up and drop offs.

This is a stand alone role reporting into the MD , the company have 150 employees

Your main duties as HR Manager will include

Employee Well-being: Ensure prudent use of Occupational Health services Company Culture:

Foster an employee-oriented culture emphasizing quality, continuous improvement, and high performance.

HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with our business goals.

Recruitment & Selection: Lead the recruitment process, maintain KPIs on turnover and cost per hire.

HR Systems: Develop and monitor HR strategies, systems, and procedures across the business.

Benefits Program: Maintain and update the benefits program where necessary.

Training & Development: Assess training needs and drive forward the leadership development program.

Legal Compliance: Ensure legal and GDPR compliance in HR practices; Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations.

HR Records: Maintain accurate HR records in preparation for migration to a cloud-based HRIS.

Work Environment: Nurture a positive working environment.

Payroll: Perform final checks on monthly payroll and potentially oversee the payroll function; Operations Meetings: Participate in operations meetings and report on absence.

This role is fully office based , they are paying a salary of £40,000 - £50,000 Full Time Equivalent depending on experience and level of qualification

This role is on site every day, they have free parking are a friendly supportive team

Hours can be flexible . They are looking for a passionate HR Professional with UK experience
