About the Role: As our Interim HR Manager, you will be responsible for the well being and safety of approx. 150 staff. This is predominately a operational role with some strategic elements, key responsibilities will include - Employee Well-being: Promote and ensure the effective use of Occupational Health services. - Company Culture: Foster an employee-oriented culture that emphasises quality, continuous improvement, and high performance. - HR Strategies: Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals. - Recruitment & Selection: Lead the recruitment process, maintaining KPIs on turnover and cost per hire. - Benefits Programme: Maintain and update the benefits programme as necessary. - Training & Development: Assess training needs and drive forward the leadership development programme. - Onboarding: Conduct new employee orientations and ensure a smooth onboarding process. - Payroll: Perform final checks on monthly payroll and potentially oversee the payroll function. What do you need to be successful - Proven experience with a HR Manager/HRBP Role - Ideally worked with in manufacturing or similar environment - Embrace and drive change within the organisation. - Inspire individuals and maintain effective team relationships. - Exhibit excellent listening, communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. - Must be able to start fairly quickly Joining this business means stepping into a world of boundless opportunities.
