HR Administrator/PA Support - Professional Services Department 
£12.60- £13.10 P/H 
Start Date: ASAP - 8 weeks 

SF Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced HR Administrator to join our friendly and supportive team in a temporary role. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong mix of HR administration and PA support skills to step into a well-organised position and make a real impact. We value efficiency, creativity, and a positive attitude, and we're looking for someone who shares these qualities.

In this role, you will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including HR administration and projects, creative communications, event coordination, day-to-day administration, and PA support. Your strong organisational skills, clear communication, and tech-savviness will be essential in supporting our HR Director and Senior Leadership Team.

What You'll Be Doing:
- HR Admin & Projects: You'll maintain electronic filing systems, update the HR website, and support service improvements.
- Creative Comms: Utilising your IT or marketing skills, you'll coordinate our monthly HR newsletter and department updates.
- Event Coordination: You'll organise away days, workshops, training sessions, and support interview panels.
- Day-to-Day Admin: Your responsibilities will include processing invoices, arranging meetings, and serving as the go-to person for any queries.
- PA Support: You'll manage diaries, schedule meetings (both virtual and in-person), and ensure smooth operations for our HR Director and Senior Leadership Team.

What We're Looking For:
We're seeking someone who is highly organised, efficient, and has excellent communication skills. Experience with Office 365 is required, and any experience with i-Trent, SharePoint, or website updates would be a bonus. A creative flair or marketing/design experience would be highly valued, but most importantly, we need someone who is adaptable, proactive, and ready to take on a busy role with a positive attitude.
