As a Senior BDM, you will play a key role in driving revenue growth by acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing accounts. You will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to closing high-value deals. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in B2B sales, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build long-term, strategic relationships with key decision-makers.


The role

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients through cold calls, networking, and inbound leads.
  • Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients and ensure ongoing satisfaction and growth opportunities.
  • Deliver bespoke presentations and product demos to senior executives and decision-makers.
  • Manage the negotiation process, close complex sales deals, and ensure smooth handover to the implementation team.
  • Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and industry developments to ensure credibility when discussing product.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and customer support teams to ensure alignment on sales initiatives and customer needs.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecast revenue, and report on performance to senior leadership.



The candidate

  • A minimum of 3 years B2B sales experience selling white label products is essential.
  • Proven track record in sales and business development.
  • Confidence selling/ pitching to senior stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of the white label manufacturing process and private label opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to build rapport and establish long-term client relationships.
  • Goal-oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated, organised, and capable of managing multiple accounts at once.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools to track progress and manage leads.
  • A hunter mentality is integral to the success of this role.
  • Identifying sales opportunities within existing accounts.
