Are you skilled in the rapidly growing CBD oil and nootropics industry? Do you have a proven track record in white-label manufacturing sales? We're seeking a dynamic Senior Business Development Manager/Contracts Manager to join the team in Leicester.

What you will be skilled in:

Client Relationship Management:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met effectively.

- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, addressing queries and providing support.

Product Knowledge and Customisation:

- Possess in-depth knowledge of the products being offered, including customisation options such as branding, packaging, and features.

- Collaborate with clients to align products with their brand identity and market requirements.

Sales Strategy and Execution:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones.

- Identify potential markets and opportunities for expanding the client base.

Consultative Selling:

- Provide insights and recommendations to clients based on market trends, consumer behaviour, and product performance.

- Assist clients in optimizing their product offerings to enhance category growth and profitability.

Collaboration with Internal Teams:

- Work closely with production, marketing, and logistics teams to ensure seamless delivery of customized products.

- Coordinate with internal teams to meet client specifications and timelines.

Market Analysis and Trend Monitoring:

- Regularly analyse market trends and competitor activities to provide clients with valuable insights.

- Monitor changes in consumer preferences to adapt product offerings accordingly.

Contract Management:

- Negotiate terms of white-label agreements, ensuring clarity on branding, intellectual property rights, and exclusivity clauses.

- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations to avoid disputes or liabilities.
