Introduction to the Company

We are looking for a proactive and dedicated IT Assistant to support our client's expanding business. If you have a passion for technology and problem-solving, this role offers a fantastic opportunity to be involved in a wide range of IT operations, from new employee setups to IT equipment management and site rollouts.

Description of the role:

  • Configure IT equipment, accounts, and permissions for new starters and manage offboarding processes.
  • Procure, maintain, and monitor IT stock levels to ensure smooth operations.
  • Provide remote and in-person troubleshooting for hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Assist in deploying and maintaining IT systems, including CRM, VOIP, and Microsoft platforms.
  • Install and configure network equipment, PCs, printers, and other IT infrastructure for new locations.
  • Travel to showrooms and warehouses for hands-on IT troubleshooting and setup.
  • Manage Microsoft 365, Azure/Entra, Teams, VOIP, and CRM user accounts and permissions.
  • Support the rollout and ongoing management of the IT support ticketing process.

About you:

  • Experience in IT support or a similar technical role.
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft systems (Windows, Office 365, Teams, Azure/Entra).
  • Familiarity with VOIP systems, CRM platforms, and hardware troubleshooting.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
  • A valid driver's license and willingness to travel to different locations as needed.
