The Head of Networks is a pivotal role responsible for overseeing, managing, and optimizing the global network infrastructure of our organization. This role requires a deep understanding of advanced networking concepts, hands-on expertise with industry-leading technologies, and the ability to lead a diverse team across various regions.Day-to-day, you will:? • Design and manage global network infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and security.• Oversee deployment and maintenance of networking equipment, including Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper devices.• Lead and mentor a team of network engineers, promoting continuous improvement and professional growth.• Monitor network performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage security measures to protect against cyber threats.Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Proven experience as a Network Manager or similar role, managing global network infrastructures.• In-depth knowledge of Palo Alto, Cisco, and Juniper networking technologies.• Strong understanding of network architecture, protocols, and security.• Demonstratable experience in strategic planning and execution.• Excellent leadership and team management skills.What does Access offer you??
