Brook Street are recruiting on behalf of our Public Sector Client for a Fines Officer to work in Loughborough LE11 1AZ
This is a 6 month temporary role (with possibility of extension)

Hours - 08:30 - 17:30 - Monday to Friday - 37 hours per week
£11.59 p/h (increasing to £11.88 p/h after 12 weeks)


The main duties of the role are as follows:

' Creating and updating of records using the in-house system
' Dealing with customers via telephone, email
' Interpreting information and making evidence based decisions
' Printing and dispatch of court orders and court based papers
' General administration duties as required and post opening

To be a suitable candidate for this position you will be:
' Computer Literate
' Confident using Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel
' Have excellent communication skills
' Have an understanding of Data Protection
' Be able to work to your own initiative
' Be able to handle challenging calls
