This role requires a hands-on approach, with 80% of your time spent on the shop floor conducting fitness to run checks, brake testing, and fuel point preparation, while 20% will be focused on supervision and delivering key performance indicators (KPIs).Key Responsibilities:? Perform fitness to run, brake testing, and fuel point preparation on locomotives.? Lead and supervise a team, ensuring high standards of work and safety compliance.? Oversee and deliver the 5 main KPIs to drive performance and efficiency.? Support and mentor team members, ensuring best practices and high-quality output.?
