Position Summary:

As an Inventory Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of products and suppliers at a European level. Your primary focus will be on optimising customer satisfaction and service levels while efficiently managing inventory investment. You will analyse large data sets, utilise advanced Excel tools such as pivot tables and Vlookups, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve inventory quality and supplier delivery performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a portfolio of products and suppliers.
  • Optimise customer satisfaction and inventory investment by effectively managing the inventory plan and purchase order process.
  • Identify problems, analyse data, and make accurate decisions to drive operational efficiency.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
  • Track shipments of purchase orders and take necessary actions in case of delays.
  • Manage delivery issues in collaboration with different warehouses.

Required:

  • Knowledge and experience in purchasing/inventory management
  • Excellent analytical skills and intermediate/advanced Excel knowledge
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Demonstrated organisational abilities and attention to detail
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
