Warehouse Quality Operative Part time - 20 hours £12.00 P/ hr Shepshed SF Recruitment are recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our established client based in Shepshed. This is a part time role with approx. 20 hours a week. Key Responsibilities: *Receive and Process Stock: Unload, inspect, and record incoming deliveries, ensuring all products are accurately checked and stored. *Weekly flatbed compliance report *Order Picking and Packing: Accurately pick, pack orders for dispatch, following company guidelines and customer requirements. *Inventory Management: Assist in stock control and inventory checks, maintaining accurate records of all warehouse activities. *Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the warehouse clean, organised, and free from hazards, contributing to a safe and efficient working environment. *Team Collaboration: Work closely with other team members to meet daily targets and ensure the smooth running of warehouse operations. Skills and Qualifications: *Previous experience in a warehouse role is essential. *Attention to Detail: Ability to maintain accuracy in a compliant environment, with a strong focus on detail. *Team Player: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team. * Product assembly: Occasionally assist in the assembly or pre-assembly of products as required, following specific manufacturing instructions and quality standards. *Time Management: Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. *Basic IT Skills: Comfortable using warehouse management systems and basic computer software. A tablet will be provided to perform IT related tasks *Safety Compliance: Adhere to all health and safety regulations within the warehouse, ensuring personal safety and the safety of others at all times. To report any issues to the Warehouse Manager *Forklift Licence: A valid forklift licence would be beneficial
