Bennett and Game Recruitment are currently representing a RIBA accredited, award-winning Architectural practice based outside of Leicester that are actively looking for an Architectural Technologist to join their talented team.

Our client specialises within several sectors including Residential, Education, Heritage and Community. Project range from small domestic developments to large Education developments around the value of £10 million. The successful Architectural Technologist will have the opportunity to work on a number of exciting developments within the Residential and Education sector. Key responsibilities include preparing detailed design drawings and specifications for tender and construction packages, leading the design process as well as liaise with clients and authorities. This practice is looking for an Architectural Technologist to have professional experience with using Revit on a daily basis.

  • Living in or around the Leicester area
  • Experience with using Revit; Essential
  • Relevant Degree Qualified; Minimum 3 years professional experience
  • Professional experience within the Residential and / or Education sector
  • Excellent technical knowledge
  • Experience and confidence working within the technical delivery stages
  • Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
  • UK Driving License
