We are looking for a dedicated and skilled Litigation Solicitor to become a valued member of our legal team. You will have a strong grasp of legal principles and practices, with the expertise to represent clients effectively across a range of legal matters. This role demands excellent negotiation skills, keen attention to detail and a collaborative mindset.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic legal advice and guidance on various matters
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and other legal documents
- Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations and negotiations
- Conduct in-depth legal research to support case preparation
- Maintain precise records of client interactions and case developments
- Stay current with relevant laws and regulations to ensure compliance
- Work closely with colleagues and external professionals to secure the best outcomes for clients
