Maintenance Engineer

Location: Loughborough, On Site

Salary: £35,000 £40,000 + Good Benefits!

We're looking for a Maintenance Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in ensuring our production equipment runs smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-response support for equipment breakdowns and perform timely repairs.
  • Maintain and calibrate equipment to meet validated specifications and safety standards.
  • Set up and change over production equipment to support operational needs.
  • Use technical skills to troubleshoot and solve equipment issues while adhering to GMP standards.
  • Continuously develop your expertise and train team members to enhance overall departmental knowledge.
  • Create and maintain accurate GMP documentation and support continuous improvement initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Education: Formal Engineering Qualification (NVQ Level 3 or equivalent, C&G Technician, etc.).
  • Experience: At least 3 years of relevant experience, preferably in an FMCG, GMP, Pharmaceutical, or regulated environment.
  • Hands-on problem-solving skills and a commitment to safety, compliance, and reliability.
  • A proactive approach to sharing knowledge and developing the skills of team members.
