THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a PA to a Managing Director working for a well established business based in Loughborough.This is a fully office based role, permanent and with full time hours.THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Manage the diaries of senior management and schedule appointments. Organise travel arrangements and accommodation for the team.Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence. Assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding. Office health and safety aherence.Screening calls and emails and responded accordingly to support executive correspondence. Facilitated training and onboarding for incoming office staff.Updated spreadsheets and databases to track, analyze, and report on performance and sales data. Streamlined operations and prioritized tasks, allowing senior staff to increase productivity.Worked with senior management to initiate new projects and assist in various processes. Updated and maintained confidential databases and records.Coordinated events and worked on ad hoc projects.EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: In order to be considered you must have proven PA experience, be computer literate, excellent organisational skills and have the ability to multi task.
