About the Role:
As an Assistant Site Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our partnership housing projects. You will work closely with senior management to ensure that all aspects of the site run smoothly, adhering to the highest safety, quality, and efficiency standards. Your responsibilities will include:
- Overseeing the construction process on-site, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff to ensure quality and compliance with regulations.
- Supporting the Site Manager in coordinating operations and solving any challenges that arise.
- Assisting with health and safety, ensuring the site remains compliant with all safety regulations.
- Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and local authorities to ensure smooth communication and project progression.
About You:
We are looking for a candidate who:
- Has previous experience in site management, ideally in partnership housing or residential construction.
- Holds a relevant construction qualification (e.g., SMSTS, CSCS).
- Possesses strong leadership and communication skills.
- Has a proven ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.
- Is dedicated to delivering high-quality work and maintaining excellent health and safety standards.
