Are you an experienced Site Manager looking for a new challenge? We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Site Manager to join our clients team, working on prestigious partnership housing developments in the Leicester and Nottingham areas.

About the Role:

As a Site Manager, you will take full responsibility for managing the day-to-day operations of our partnership housing sites, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standards. You will lead the site team, coordinate subcontractors, and liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient project delivery. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the entire construction process from start to finish, ensuring timely and cost-effective project delivery.
  • Managing and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and site personnel to ensure quality and safety standards are consistently met.
  • Implementing and enforcing strict health and safety policies on-site.
  • Liaising with clients, stakeholders, and regulatory bodies to ensure all project requirements are met.
  • Reporting to senior management and providing updates on project progress and any potential issues.

About You:
