Dovetail and Slate is partnering with a fantastic college to recruit a Forklift Engineering Trainer. If you have experience in forklift maintenance, mechanical engineering, or plant machinery and a passion for developing the next generation of professionals, this is an excellent opportunity for you!
What You'll Be Doing:
- Deliver engaging, practical training sessions in forklift engineering and maintenance.
- Guide students through hands-on learning, troubleshooting, and real-world applications.
- Foster a positive, supportive learning environment.
- Share your industry expertise and help shape future professionals.
What We're Looking For:
- A relevant Level 3 qualification in engineering, forklift maintenance, or plant machinery.
- Industry experience in forklift servicing, maintenance, or repair.
- A passion for training and development.
- Willingness to pursue a teaching qualification (training and support provided).
- Ability to pass an enhanced DBS check.
