We are currently working with a well-established food manufacturer looking for an experienced Production Supervisor/Shift Manager to join the team on 4 on 4 off nights.
The ideal candidate will have strong people management, experience leading a Production team or shift, strong communication skills, proactive, hands on, adaptable and exposure to Lean tools would be beneficial.
You will be responsible for developing and coaching the Team Leaders and indirect reports, tracking and monitoring KPI's, Production planning, promote food safety and H&S, managing the whole Production process.
