Reporting to the Employee Success Business Partner for the Customer Success Function, you will join the team as a Junior Employee Success Business Partner. Highly organised and dynamic, you are a natural people person who is passionate about creating great experiences and centering your decisions around doing the right thing.You will work closely with leaders to create environments that drive high performance and engagement. You elevate leaders' awareness and understanding, act as a proactive change agent, and consistently seek to enhance processes. With a proactive mindset and a passion for continuous improvement, you strive to make things better every day. You have a strong track record of developing and implementing highly engaging employee communications and activities that align with business priorities.Day-to-day, you will:? • Support the Employee Success Business Partner (ESBP) in implementing workforce plans, global people initiatives, and projects for the Customer Success Function.• Collaborate across functions to develop and drive programs that advance the global People Strategy for Customer Success.• Assist in employee communications and engagement programs for approximately 2,800 employees across EMEA, APAC, and the US.• Coach managers on employee relations issues, including performance management, absence, disciplinary matters, and group-wide people initiatives.? Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Strong ability to prioritise multiple projects using data, analytics, and insights to enable quick decision-making and effective execution.• Commercially minded with results orientation, an analytical mindset, and the ability to present People metrics clearly.• Skilled at building relationships, influencing, and partnering at all levels, while coaching and advising managers on employee relations.• Proven track record in designing clear processes and applying detail-oriented yet flexible problem-solving in high-paced environments.What are we all about??
