To manage and maintain the suite of standard letter templates and producing

mailshots as required.

To be responsible for overseeing the receptionist and reception area (and meeting rooms), including covering on reception as required, answering the telephone, monitoring the general company email account, monitoring the office maintenance requirements, and filing systems.

To be responsible for maintaining office systems and creating systems to improve workflows and efficiencies.

Undertaking Company Secretarial work for clients and filing documents with Companies House, including the formation of new companies.

To be responsible for the annual health and safety review and ensuring compliance with requirements.

Undertaking general office admin tasks, including being responsible for the postal system.

The Candidate

We’re of course looking for high levels of inter-personal skills coupled with a strong degree if IT capability, specifically Word, PowerPoint and Databases (CRM, Accountancy Software etc). Iris knowledge would be distinctly advantageous.

Your background should essentially be that of a Practice Manager role or similar to within a professional services organisation. Specifically, one or more of Accountancy Practice, Wealth Management, Insurance, Financial Services, Surveyors, Solicitors are essentially the areas that you should be well versed with.

The Benefits

Flexibility is very much the attraction to this role (as well as the appealing working environment). 25 hours per week required, there’s flex for sure on how that’s put together. Salary guide c£30k to £45k (pro rata) pending current level of experience.
