THE OPPORTUNITY: Macildowie are currently recruiting for a temporary part time or full time Administrator working for a business on the outskirts of Loughborough. The location is accessible from Loughborough, Shepshed, East Leake and South Nottingham. This role is a temporary position, the client will look at full time or part time hour and offers the hybrid model THE ROLE & YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES: Orders materials and stationery for the team so as to enable the team to operate effectively in their role. Manage department Pool Car. Co-ordinates events for team members and, where applicable, customers enabling the event to run smoothly whilst meeting the customers' expectations Input, GRN and invoice matching of all promotional and overhead budget orders onto SAP and raise BACS requests. Monthly reporting. Greets and helps visitors into the department providing that first point of contact thereby providing the professional face of the department Co-ordinates meetings for members of the team ensuring that attendance is maximised and time-scales are met Inputs data into the team databases, for example CRM, People Soft, ensuring that databases are kept up to date and are accurate. Â Monthly absence and training report. Re-booking of Advertising, management of offsite storage, collation of monthly reports.Ad hoc duties to include monitoring of Marketing Store, hotel bookings, car hire, timesheets and support to Marketing Management team as required EXPERIENCE SOUGHT IN THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE: It would be an advantage if you had exposure to marketing but this is not essential. It is essential that you are confident with Excel, Word and Powerpoint. You must have excellent communication skills both written and verbally. You must be immediately available to start work due to this being a temporary role.
