Role: Cover Supervisor
Location: Leicester
Salary: £90 - £120 per day, depending on experience
Start Date: Immediate starts available

As a Cover Supervisor, your main responsibility will be to manage classrooms during the absence of regular teachers, ensuring that students remain engaged and focused on the pre-set work. This role offers valuable experience in a school setting, making it ideal for those considering a career in teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervising classes in the absence of teachers.
Managing student behavior and ensuring a positive and productive learning environment.
Distributing and collecting work set by teachers.
Supporting students with their learning and addressing any questions or concerns.
Providing feedback to teachers on class progress and any issues encountered.

Requirements:

The right to work in the UK.
A valid DBS check registered on the Update Service (or be willing to get one).
Previous experience working with young people in an educational setting is desirable but not essential.
A degree or equivalent qualification is advantageous.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage a classroom and maintain discipline.
A genuine interest in education and supporting students' learning.
