Key Responsibilities:- Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
- Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
- Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
- Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress.
- Graduate-level education (preferred).
- Right to work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one.Â
- Some experience working with young people in a formal or informal setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confidence in leading a classroom and maintaining discipline.
