Job Title: Artwork Department Manager

Location: LE11, Loughborough

Salary: Up to £40k (DOE)

Working Hours: Monday to Friday 40 hours per week

Job Type: Permanent, full time

The Artwork Department Manager is responsible for supporting business acquisition and order processing by maintaining accurate schedules, allocating projects, creating artwork, and overseeing the progress of prototype and production artwork, ensuring adherence to company standards for speed and quality.

Main duties and responsibilities of Artwork Department Manager:

Ensure the team is skilled in all areas of artwork creation and pre-press processes.

Set clear goals and performance metrics, and track progress

Manage and prioritize multiple artwork requests across all business units, ensuring efficient and effective workload planning and coordination.

Artwork Department Manager must effectively communicate with stakeholders across different department to understand their needs and deliver first class artwork services.

Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, external partners.

Keep full track of live projects and be able to give a status of each project at any given time.

Artwork Department Manager must train and mentor new team members.

Stay current on emerging technologies and new software features.
