You are a skilled leader with a passion for managing business continuity and disaster recovery (BCDR) processes. In this role, you'll take ownership of the BCDR agenda within the Health, Support, and Care (HSC) division, collaborating with the Head of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) and wider teams to ensure effective unplanned event resolution. You will align divisional processes with group standards while meeting ISO Management System requirements.Your ability to stay composed and decisive under pressure, coupled with strong communication and relationship-building skills, will be key to driving success in this fast-paced and dynamic environment. You will put customers at the heart of decision-making, balancing their needs with pragmatic and effective solutions. As part of a multi-disciplinary team, you'll thrive on building engagement and delivering impactful outcomes.Day-to-day, you will:? • Collaborate with Group and Product & Engineering teams to ensure effective recovery plans for HSC products and IT systems, including stress testing.• Work with internal and external hosted service suppliers to verify hosting environments meet recovery standards.• Develop strong relationships with stakeholders, managing supplier performance and ensuring adherence to business continuity standards.• Lead business continuity tabletop exercises and support effective incident recovery management.Your skills and experiences might also include:?? • Experience leading business continuity and incident management processes across large, multifunctional teams.• Strong leadership and communication skills, with a collaborative and pragmatic approach, and experience in coaching and driving engagement for transformational change.• Proven ability to manage time effectively, solve complex problems logically, and prioritise tasks in high-pressure environments.• Familiarity with IT service management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, COBIT), and an understanding of public sector operations, critical health systems, or clinical safety practices is desirable.What does Access offer you??
