  • Enhance and sustain effective business processes aligned with leadership goals.
Lean ManagerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • A Lean Sigma Belt is required, with a Black Belt being highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of delivering improvements and automation projects, particularly in high-mix, low-volume manufacturing environments, is desirable.
  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Manufacturing experience is essential, with operations leadership experience being ideal.
