We are recruiting for a Project Manager for a progressive company on the outskirts of Leicestershire.
Salary: 25 - 30 per hour (dependant experience)
Schedule: 8-hour shift | Day shift | Flexitime | Night shift plus Overtime

As a Fire Door Installation Project Managers / Working project Manager you will have good leadership skills, the ability to communicate with the Contracts management team and clients to provide regular updates. Work well in a team and successfully deliver projects to high standards ensuring all health and safety aspects on site are maintained and projects are delivered to programme.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure all operatives have attended a company lead site induction and have signed, understood the site-specific method statement and all relevant risk assessments (RAMS)
Plan and implement provided program of works ensuring all operatives days are planned.
Ensure all works installed are compliant to manufacturer detail.
Perform daily updates to client/Contracts manager regarding progress and any potential disruptions to service throughout the works.
Carry out near miss reports where necessary.
Report progress weekly to contracts manager surrounding progress on site inclusive of good/poor behaviour of teams - Complete Bolster progress report.
Complete all weekly/daily inspections as outlined above and record via Bolster.
Materials/Access orders
About you:
Good understanding of the fire door regulations
A good understanding of fire door installation including remedial or new installations.
Full UK driving licence.
SSSTS / SMSTS
Bolster recording software experience
Excellent all round communication skills
Ability to manage and prioritise tasks.
Reliable, hardworking person with attention to detail and able to work to deadlines under pressure.
Good knowledge of fire door manufacturer details to ensure works are installed to compliant specification.
Preferred Qualifications:
Minimum NVQ Level 2 or advanced level 3 in joinery
