Are you an experienced Project Manager skilled in handling bespoke exhibition and point-of-sale projects?
We are looking for a proactive, detail-oriented Project Manager to oversee custom-built exhibition projects across the UK and internationally. In this role, youll focus on delivering high-quality displays by coordinating closely with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.

Location: Office based in Loughborough & onsite with clients (with UK and international travel)

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Account Manager to define project goals and deliverables.
- Lead end-to-end project management, ensuring deadlines, budgets, and client expectations are met.
- Oversee on-site operations to maintain high quality and safety standards.
- Communicate clearly with all project stakeholders throughout the lifecycle.
- Manage timelines, resources, and cost control, adjusting as needed to ensure project success.
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 3 years experience managing exhibitions or point-of-sale projects.
- Strong project planning and organisational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders, including clients and suppliers.
- Excellent communication skills with a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as needed for project oversight.
