Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Territory Growth:Take ownership of the Loughborough territory, driving sales and lettings growth.
  • Market Appraisals:Conduct professional property valuations, delivering detailed and accurate market appraisals.
  • Property Listings:Manage property listings for both sales and lettings, ensuring high-quality presentation and marketing.
  • New Business Development:Plan and execute prospecting strategies, identifying and converting new business opportunities.
  • Client Support:Work closely with our head office team to ensure seamless communication and customer service.
  • Tech-Savvy Approach:Utilise our advanced technology platform to enhance client experiences and streamline processes.
  • Social Media Marketing:Drive social media marketing efforts, becoming the local face of Hortons in the Loughborough area. Confidently engage across all platforms, producing content and interacting with the community.
  • Brand Representation:Be a brand ambassador, building strong relationships within the community and representing Hortons at local events.

Requirements:

  • Experience:Proven track record in estate agency, with experience in both sales and lettings.
  • Tech Knowledge:Strong understanding of technology, particularly within property marketing and CRM platforms.
  • Social Media Skills:Experienced with social media platforms and comfortable creating content to enhance local brand visibility.
  • Communication:Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial Spirit:Self-motivated, proactive, and eager to take ownership of growing the Loughborough territory.
