We are seeking a Lettings Consultant to join our clients Lettings team based in Loughborough. The ideal candidate will be dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and passionate about creating a first-class experience for all our clients. As a Lettings Consultant, you will manage all aspects of lettings before a tenancy begins.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for both Tenants and Landlords.
  • Manage communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Stay updated on lettings compliance and conduct Right to Rent checks.
  • Receive and process new enquiries from Tenants and Landlords.
  • Advertise properties and proactively contact potential Tenants.
  • Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings, and provide feedback to Landlords.
  • Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants.
  • Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
  • Support marketing events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Excellent communication skills to deliver high-quality service to all customers.
  • Ability to manage tasks from start to finish.
  • Experience in lettings (preferred).
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Flexible and adaptable approach to work.

Details:

  • Hours of Work: 9am - 5:30pm, Monday to Friday, plus 26 Saturdays per year (10am - 3pm).
  • Bonus Scheme Available
  • Driving Licence Required (Personal car preferred).
