Location: Loughborough
Salary: Starting from 23,800 + Bonus Scheme + Overtime
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm & 26 Saturdays per year (10:00 am - 3:00 pm)
Job Type: Full-time
Driving Licence: Required (own car preferred)

The Role:
As a Lettings Consultant, you will play a key role in ensuring a seamless lettings experience for both Tenants and Landlords. From managing enquiries and conducting viewings to negotiating offers and maintaining compliance, this role requires exceptional customer service and relationship-building skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain excellent relationships with Landlords, Tenants, and Contractors.
  • Ensure an exceptional experience for all clients throughout the lettings process.
  • Handle communications via phone, email, Live Chat, and WhatsApp.
  • Conduct Right to Rent checks and maintain compliance knowledge.
  • Advertise properties, register applicants, arrange and conduct property viewings.
  • Proactively engage with the database of potential Tenants and provide feedback to Landlords.
  • Negotiate offers between Landlords and Tenants to secure agreements.
  • Assist the Asset Management team during busy changeover periods.
  • Support marketing events to promote lettings services.

What We're Looking For:

  • Excellent communication skills with a focus on delivering high-quality service.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to see tasks through from start to finish.
  • A proactive, self-motivated attitude and the ability to work on your own initiative.
  • Experience in Lettings (preferred but not essential).
  • Ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • A flexible and adaptable approach to work.
  • A valid driving licence (own car preferred).

Experience:

  • Property industry: 1 year (preferred)
