We are currently supporting a leading, independent, forward-thinking, premium estate agent with four offices across the East Midlands. They are looking for a Property Administrator to join their dynamic, talented team.

Responsiblities:

  • Answer and divert calls
  • Manage property enquiries
  • Client/vendor management, booking relevant appointments
  • Welcome guests
  • Key handover with surveyors/relevant tenants/vendors
  • Overall admin support for the negotiators/office
  • Updating CRM (Vebra) with property/vendor/buyer details
  • Support in providing property information / vendor packs

Requirements:

  • Be smart, alert and enthusiastic
  • Have an excellent telephone manner
  • Provide exemplary customer service
  • Estate Agency experience
  • Work effectively as part of a successful team
  • Experience with Vebra/Reapit/Dezrez or similar CRM software
  • Hold a full UK driving licence
