The Recruitment Group is working with a leading retail installations company based in Leicester and is looking for an Account Executive to join the team.

As an Account Executive, the role will be to maintain and strengthen existing client relationships and to ensure that projects are executed to the required standard and in line with the agreed margin expectations and CPA to deliver global projects.

Main duties and responsibilities of the Account Executive

  • Supporting and managing day to day communication for those projects or markets for which you are responsible, with a view to running projects independently in the longer term.
  • On receipt of client briefs, take the time to fully understand and interpret requirements to create a clear and concise briefing document for the project.
  • Manage the project through to completion and despatch, ensuring at all times full understanding of the project status and providing each department with clear instruction of client needs.
  • Attending face to face meetings, including potential travel, and virtual meetings with clients where required.
  • To develop good relations with clients at all levels and provide first class customer service.
  • Clear and concise communication both internally and externally to ensure all parties and kept informed of the project status.
  • Monitoring of CPA in line with projects team and take direction from the Project Manager on issues that relate to the achievement of project plan.
  • To create contact reports and quotations, ensure that Production Orders are raised in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring client purchase orders are received in line with the CPA so that production can commence
  • Ensuring projects are invoiced upon completion.
  • Chasing client contacts for payment of overdue invoices.
  • Maintaining internal documentation, reports and product catalogues.
  • Ensuring all project information is well documented, detailed, and centrally filed.
  • To ensure that sales administration is performed for the accounts for which you are responsible and support team members in administration tasks as required.

 

Experience/knowledge requirements for the Account Executive
