Job Title: Account Manager
Location: Leicestershire - Office Based
Salary: Up to 30,000 DOE
As an Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of key clients, ensuring their needs are met and they receive the highest level of service. This role will require excellent communication skills, a strategic mindset, and a proactive approach to maintaining and growing client relationships.

Responsibilities
- Primary point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting client relationships
- Understand client needs and objectives, offering strategic advice and solutions tailored to their goals
- Ensure timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to client needs and objectives
- Identify and grow opportunities within accounts, and collaborate with Sales team to ensure growth attainment
- Prepare regular reports on account status and present updates to management
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, or other relevant role
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage multiple accounts while maintaining high attention to detail
- Proactive, organized, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and act on data insights
