TheRole:
- Yourmainfocuswillbebuildingstrongrelationshipswithaccountancyfirmsacrossthecountry.
- Identifyingnewbusinessopportunitiesanddrivingeffortstogrowtheclientbase.
- Securingmeetingswithkeydecision-makersatprofessionalintermediaryfirmswillbeabigpartofyourrole.
- Developandexecutesalesstrategiestomeetandexceedtargets,ensuringbusinessgrowth.
- Youllcollaboratewithseniorpartnerstocreateandexecuteamarketingstrategythatshowcasesthecompanysservices.
- Leadgenerationwillinvolveresearch,eventcampaigns,networking,andoutboundcalls.
- Responsibleforhittingkeyperformanceindicators(KPIs)andsupportingtheteamtomanagethepipelineofbusiness.
- Reportingregularlyonnewbusinessopportunities,markettrends,andcompetitoractivitywillbeimportant.
TheCandidate:
- Ideally,youllhave3-5yearsexperienceinBusinessDevelopmentorasimilarrole,ideallywithinataxadvisoryorfinancialservicesbusiness.
- Ahuntermentalitywillbekeysomeonewhosmotivatedtoactivelyseekandpursuenewbusiness.
- Youshouldhavestrongcommunicationandnetworkingskills,withtheabilitytobuildlastingrelationships.
- Self-motivationanddisciplineareessential,asyou'llbeexpectedtoworkindependentlyanddriveresults.
- ExperienceinB2Bcontentmarketingandexecutingdigitalcampaignswouldbehighlyvaluable.
