Salary: to £45k basic + Commission
Role Overview:
We are looking for an ambitiousSalesExecutive/Sales Manager/Business Development Manager. You will be responsible for selling Recruitment and HR training packages to a range of clients, from small businesses to large corporations. You will work closely with aninspirational CEO, gaining invaluable mentorship and support as you grow your career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell tailored Recruitment /HR training packages to new and existing clients, driving business growth and revenue.
- Meet prospective clients face-to-face, building long-term relationships and offering customised solutions.
- Work closely with theCEOand senior management to align strategies and drive successful sales outcomes.
- Take advantage ofleads generated for you, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities.
- Work in aflexible environment, balancing remote and on-site engagements as needed to maximise your productivity.
Key Skills & Experience:
- Proven track record as aSales Executive orSales Managerideally within the Recruitment, training, HR, or professional services sector.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for the training packages
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries, including corporate businesses, educational institutions, and government organisations
- Conduct presentations, and meetings to promote training services
- Negotiate contracts and close sales
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective promotional campaigns
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to adjust strategies
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics for senior leadership
