?? Hours: Monday - Friday, flexible shifts based on business needs

• Client Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, driving growth and retention.
• Team Leadership Manage, develop, and expand a team of onsite coordinators to ensure operational success.
• Labour Planning & Forecasting Oversee daily shift bookings, ensuring effective workforce management across multiple locations.
• Recruitment Coordination Collaborate with branches to ensure smooth recruitment processes and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
• Problem-Solving & Troubleshooting Identify operational challenges and implement proactive solutions.
• Meetings & Reporting Lead weekly/daily meetings with clients and internal teams to provide key updates on supply, recruitment, and KPIs.
• Payroll & Compliance Oversee payroll, resolve queries, and ensure training compliance (Food Safety Level 2, Papaya).
• Onsite Operations Conduct regular site visits, engage with candidates, and manage essential resources (transport, PPE, and training).
• KPI & Performance Management Monitor and report on key metrics to ensure targets are met.
• On-call Support Be available for urgent operational needs outside of standard hours when required.
