Apply now and join OCS, where your growth and success are valued!As part of your role, your key responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Supervising the security team, providing exceptional first line manned guarding and customer service to all court users.
- Ensuring compliance with all identified legislation, i.e. H&S, SIA Licensing & Risk Assessments.
- Ensuring that all duties are carried out in an honest, ethical, and professional manner, including the monitoring of premises, CCTV and search channels.
- Be point of contact for any security issues within the complex, and recording and reporting details of those incidents.
- Duty manager cover on weekends on rotation.
- To manage team rotas and Timegate systems.
The ideal candidate should meet the following criteria:
- Must have Right to Work in the UK.
- An enhanced DBS and BS7858 security clearance will be completed for the successful candidate
- SIA Licence
- Strong people and customer service skills
- Good diligence and high standard of work
- Effective communication skills
