We are looking for a skilled Sheet Metal Fabricator to join our clients expending team. If you have experience in fabrication, welding, and metalworking then this is an opportunity for you.
Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
- Fabricate sheet metal components using cutting, bending, and forming techniques.
- Operate machinery such as press brakes, guillotines, and laser cutters.
- Perform MIG, TIG, or MMA welding as required.
- Assemble and finish metal products to high-quality standards.
- Conduct quality checks to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Work closely with engineers and production teams to meet deadlines.
The Candidate:
- Experience in sheet metal fabrication
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and fabrication machinery.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Welding experience (MIG/TIG/MMA an advantage).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of health & safety regulations in a fabrication environment.
